Our IT support help desk opening hours over the festive season – so in a nutshell we are open over the festive period.

As is our usual process, our response times to your requests vary depending on the type of issue, and whether it’s inside or outside of our core working hours:

• Thursday 22nd December: Business as usual
• Friday 23rd December: Business as usual
• Monday 26th and Tuesday 27th December: Office closed
• 28th to 30th December: 9am to 6pm
• Monday 2nd January 2017: Office Closed
• Tuesday 3rd January 2017: Back to normal!
