I first spoke to Ines who could not fix the issue and promised a call back which never came. I also could not understand her and had to keep asking to repeat instructions. After more than half an hour I called again and put through to Luke, who also could not find the problem, but he did call me back and was very helpful indeed. He then waited to make sure I could access everything before he ended the call. He was excellent, but overall the service was very poor and I lost the best part of a morning's work because of this.

Edwin took the time to fix the issue at hand even though this required a considerable amount of time and patience. He was thorough in understanding the issue and working through different solutions and did not finish working on the issue until he was satisfied that it was completely resolved, including testing himself and allowing me time to test also.
