Very patiently,your colleague put up with an idiot who finds it really hard navigating around the world of IT! And when something didn’t work,he suggested a work-around. Rang back immediately - whereas I was supposing it might be hours if ever before he got back to me! Followed up with specific guidance on how to change my password - obvious to most,I guess,but well above my IT pay grade! Great support - many thanks. Jonathon.

Very fast service and problem solved. Had lost connection with Citizens Advice office via remote link. Called, got straight through and it was dealt with very swiftly and I was back up and running. Vital that these remote connections work properly at the moment.
