Luke was so helpful. I had an urgent situation where a number of folders had disappeared. He responded immediately and found all the folders I needed.
Luke was friendly and helpful and persisted even when it took two days to resolve. Luke could have communicated more clearly on the phone, saying clearly who he was and why he was calling, as we have several people picking up the phone and there was some confusion about who he wanted to speak to. I felt Like was eager to resolve the problem, which was great!

Ok service, fairly quick resolution, although had to contact the company a couple of times to get what I wanted.
Very attentive, however I did find it difficult to hear what was being said and this hasn't been the first incident of this. My requests were dealt with promptly.
