Edwin took the time to fix the issue at hand even though this required a considerable amount of time and patience. He was thorough in understanding the issue and working through different solutions and did not finish working on the issue until he was satisfied that it was completely resolved, including testing himself and allowing me time to test also.

The person that answered the phone was super helpful. I was really stressed out because I thought I had lost the document I was working on when Word suddenly shut down. And he very calmly, in a matter of minutes, sorted this out for me and helped me retrieve the document. He also then showed me what to do in case this happens again. And this is my experience every time I call 1st IT!

Good general attitude when talking to customers.

A bit confusing when two engineers claimed they were working on my case.

Just try to limit the technical speak, as someone with experience in engineering its not too bad, but others get really alienated. Maybe provide a dictionary?
